Over the past month, I have done a couple of things to support my body to let go of toxins. I have had four colonic sessions in one month time, and as my body started to release toxins, I supported my skin by increasing my pre- and probiotic intake, hydrating, alkalizing, resting, sweating, exfoliating, earthing and taking salt baths. Here's my experience.
