Yes yes, I have another recipe ready for you guys! This raw vegan chocolate mousse will satisfy your next chocolate craving in no time and what’s even better — you can eat as much as you like without feeling any guilt.
It's only made from whole plants like avocado, chia seeds, cashews and dates and I can tell you this: it is the best chocolate mousse I’ve ever had.
RAW VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (serves 2)
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 3 cups hazelnut or almond milk
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp goji berries (optional)
- 3 tbsp cacao + 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla powder
- 1/3 tsp sea salt
Throw everything in your blender and blend until smooth. You may have to stop the blender every few seconds to scrape the sides of your container with a spatula to make sure everything is mixed together. Feel free to add an extra medjool date if you like it sweeter. Serve with some extra goji berries and raw cacao nibs for an extra crunch.
