Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself // How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One. If you're done with how you always seem to act & react in the same way and you see how it is not actually making your life any better, if you're looking for that one big nudge that will inspire and motivate you to make the change, read this book. It will no doubt blow your mind. Dr. Joe Dispenza makes the bridge between science and spirituality by explaining how you can apply concepts of quantum physics to your own life so you can dream bigger and finally make things happen, beyond what you ever thought was possible.
Childhood Disrupted // How Your Biography Becomes Your Biology, and How You Can Heal. This book shows the link between adverse childhood experiences and adult illnesses like autoimmune disease, cancer, and heart disease.
Borderline Times // Het einde van de normaliteit by Dirk De Wachter (in Dutch). An absolutely riveting read. I recommend this if you're one of those geniuses who feel like they don't fit in, or if you're struggling with self-image, low self-confidence, or bipolar disorder due to childhood trauma.
Identiteit // by Paul Verhaeghe (in Dutch). Similar to Borderline Times. Especially interesting for those who struggle with identity, self-image, fitting in, finding their purpose.
Hallucinations // by Oliver Sacks. I really enjoyed this book a couple years back, when I was experimenting with drugs and hallucinogenics. It also helped me better understand where my 'natural' hallucinations came from, like those that you experience when you have anxiety, a migraine headache, or when you're sleep deprived.
The 5 Love Languages // The Secret to Love that Lasts by Gary Chapman. *Such* a powerful read! Each of us expresses love in 5 different languages, but only one of these is your primary love language: words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. If you don't learn to understand and speak your partner's primary love language, you'll more often find yourself in conflict, frustrated, and misunderstood. It's a very in-depth reading yet written very clearly and to the point. I found it very practical and inspiring, and think you will too.
A New Earth // One of the first (and best!) self-help books I ever read, together with The Power of Now, also by Eckhart Tolle. If you don't know what you'd like to achieve in your life, if you feel lost, anxious, depressed, insecure — Eckhart Tolle is here for you.
The Four Agreements // In this little book, don Migual Ruiz reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that create needless suffering and prevent us from living life joyfully. The Four Agreements are Be Impeccable With Your Word, Don't Take Anything Personally, Don't Make Assumptions, and Always Do Your Best.
The Gifts of Imperfection // Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are by Brené Brown. This is really an amazing book. Read it when you are an introvert with low self-esteem, feel like you don't fit in, are a perfectionist which is draining your energy, or just looking for ways to find more peace and balance in your day to day life.
The Untethered Soul // Using meditation & mindfulness techniques, author Michael A. Singer guides people through exploring who they are, which beliefs aren't serving them and how to let them go so they can live a life of happiness and freedom. Also available as audiobook!
't Pure Vrouwtje (in Dutch) // Coaching women through burn-out, discovering their life mission, dealing with high sensitivity, and post-partum handling. 't Pure Vrouwtje also manages a webshop with all-natural wellness products.
Raw Alignment // Famous YouTuber & positive living inspiration Alyse Brautigam encourages young adults to live a purposeful life with optimal nutrition, meaningful relationships, spiritual practice, and daily exercise.
You Are a Badass // Very witty best-selling book by Jen Sincero, boldly showing that it's about time to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life. Like really. Your time to shine is now!
Abundance Now // Break Through From Scarcity To Life's Prosperity by Lisa Nichols. I listened to the audiobook, which is narrated by Ms Nichols herself! She has this motherly voice that gives you comfort but at the same time she kicks your but and tells you to get yourself together because your time is NOW and everything you're looking for is just waiting for you to see it.
The 80/10/10 Diet // Dr. Douglas N. Graham explains how a fruit-based raw vegan diet can prevent disease and boost your body's natural healing mechanisms.
Rich Roll // Vegan athlete, wellness advocate and awesome podcast host talks about plant-based living, health, fitness, spirituality and other ways to "discover, uncover, unlock and unleash your best, most authentic self." He's such an inspiration in so many ways.
Ellen Fisher // Vegan mama & famous YouTuber living in Hawaii, talks about vegan pregnancy, raising vegan children, and living a compassionate & eco-friendly life.

Finding Vegan // Large online database, handy for when you're looking for specific vegan recipes that for example use certain ingredients, or are gluten-free, etc.
Blisscloud // Anna sells gorgeous eco yoga mats & yoga essentials like glass water bottles, yoga blocks, space cleansing sprays etc. She also does really authentic Facebook live videos around topics like self-love and self-care rituals. She has such a lovely and uplifting vibe :)
